Coach & Founder of Evolved Ethos
I partner with leaders and organisations to build the inner and relational capacity to live and lead well, integrating wellbeing, presence, and relational courage into everyday leadership. This is coaching that respects both human capacity and organisational reality, so what we build together holds under pressure.
Evolved Ethos exists for experienced leaders and professionals carrying real responsibility, who are ready to evolve how they lead and honour how they live, building sustainable, relational leadership without losing themselves along the way.
I understand the tension of holding ambition and authenticity at the same time, within a leadership landscape that rewards performance yet rarely makes space for what it takes to sustain it. You may be seen as capable and trusted, while quietly questioning how long you can keep carrying this pace, this pressure, this weight.
With over 15 years leading across complex, high-stakes environments, I bring a calm, strategic, and evidence-informed approach. Grounded in leadership and positive psychology, and informed by neurolinguistic programming, my work is shaped by real-world leadership and the realities of leading under pressure, where decisions carry weight, relationships matter, and sustainability is tested over time.
