Coaching engagements typically range from 3 to 12 months, depending on your goals. We’ll recommend a timeframe that aligns with your needs, whether you’re seeking clarity, building resilience, or preparing for a leadership transition.
Sessions are usually scheduled every 2–3 weeks to create sustainable momentum, allowing time for reflection, integration, and practical application between conversations so the work holds in real‑world contexts.

Clients have access to a secure, private coaching portal designed to support continuity and integration between sessions. Within the portal, you’ll have a personalised profile with access to curated resources, session notes and reflections, progress tracking, and simple scheduling.
It also provides a direct, confidential channel for communication, allowing you to capture insights, share updates, and stay connected between conversations, so the work remains present and practically applied over time.

Coaching and mentoring are related, but distinct.
Mentoring draws on experience, offering guidance, advice, and perspective to help navigate decisions based on what has worked before. Coaching, by contrast, focuses on helping you think at your highest level. Through structured, evidence‑based methods, we clarify what you want, uncover what’s in the way, and translate insight into aligned, practical action.
I also offer mentor coaching, which integrates both approaches. This flexible partnership combines space for deep thinking with relevant guidance when helpful, particularly for leaders navigating new levels of responsibility or complexity where both clarity and direction are needed.
